I have painted several animals and in different styles, but never a peacock. Peacocks are beautiful creatures and their feathers are just extraordinary.

I have been working on this wee panting this morning. I fancied creating an abstract painting, full of colour. I also used palette knives so the colours are more vivid.

Bata de cola

Not long ago, I used similar colors for a flamenco painting. I really liked the result, that is why I wanted to repeat the combination. The name for this painting refers to the long train some flamenco dresses have, that is called "bata de cola".

 It is still wet, but will list it soon!
